Floor selection can be made via the display, while functions like "Door Open," "Door Close," and "Alarm" remain accessible through traditional buttons.

The large TFT screens provide more than just basic information, such as floor level and travel direction. They enable additional information, such as building maps and floor overviews, to be displayed. Images, animations, text, and even videos can be integrated into the display layout to create a dynamic and informative user experience. Current news, weather updates, or event announcements can also be displayed in real-time if desired, thanks to internet connectivity.

A standout feature of the MediaTFT flex series is its visual emergency system, designed for individuals with hearing impairments and foreign language speakers. In an emergency, communication is displayed on the screen, allowing the passenger to respond via touch and select their preferred display language. This function ensures that emergency calls can still be managed when a language or auditory barrier exists. The system also allows for a live image from the cabin to be accessed, providing better on-site situation assessment.

Thanks to CANopen compatibility, the displays can access various elevator sensor data, such as current cabin position, weight, and speed. This enables seamless real-time visualization and creates an informative environment. Content can be easily and flexibly updated through a web-based interface, allowing centralized management without needing an on-site presence. The configuration can be tailored to the building operator’s corporate design, providing a unified and professional look for the elevator.
