BASIC Pointer indicators in a modern black and white design

Outstanding at first sight! With the BASIC pointer indica‑ tors from SCHAEFER, every lift becomes an eyecatcher. The core of the BASIC pointer indicators is a microproces‑ sor-controlled precision drive which enables corresponding control with binary, gray or 1-out-of-n code. The modern semi-circular pointer indicators in a black and white design with a generous diameter of 400 mm offer optimum readability of the characters thanks to the high contrast and can display up to 8 floors (max. 6 floors with 1-out-of-n)

RA 42 BZ & MT 42 BZ
Overload indicators with integrated buzzer
The new SCHAEFER overload indicators MA 42 BZ (square) and RA 42 BZ (round) offer an efficient solution for visual and acoustic signaling in elevator construction with their compact standard size of 34 mm. Both models feature an integrated buzzer with a volume of 65 dB(A) as well as white LED illumination with an insert film. Installation is time-saving and does not require welding studs.

The new models—TFT 2.4" SRT C, TFT 2.4" SRT P, TFT 2.8" SRT C, and TFT 2.8" SRT P—are ideal for integration into Landing Operating Panels and door frames. Equipped with CANopen and parallel interfacing, they provide color displays and animations—perfect for standard-compliant arrow indications in the LOP, even where space is limited.

Holographic displays for contactless call registration and floor selection.
Our HOLO displays combine state-of-the-art technology and intuitive operation into a single system, providing a unique, touchless interaction experience in elevators. The HOLO is an elevator display that projects a hologram with virtual buttons into the air. This holographic technology allows passengers to register floor or elevator calls without any physical contact. The call is triggered simply by "touching" the corresponding projected holographic button.

New features to improve accessibility for visually impaired and mobility-impaired users
SCHAEFER’s innovative smartphone-based elevator control solution, "LiftBoy," has been enhanced with new features designed to improve accessibility for visually impaired and mobility-impaired users. Key improvements include the option to extend door dwell times, facilitating easier entry and exit for users with limited mobility, as well as the ability to trigger the emergency call button directly via the app. Furthermore, the app can now provide floor-specific information, indicate when an elevator is out of service, and visualize the real-time position of the elevator car.

Touchless elevator button—zero compromise on design and security
B 50 TL (Touchless)
The B 50 TL touchless elevator button provides a hygienic solution for high-traffic areas. Its modern touchless technology reacts to proximity, enabling completely contactless operation. Unlike other products that rely on infrared sensors and require additional openings, the design of the B 50 TL remains fully enclosed. This eliminates any vulnerabilities to vandalism. Conventional tactile operation with 1.5 mm travel remains available. The button meets all requirements of EN 81-70 and offers a wide range of illumination options.

Acoustic acknowledgement in style 37 and for mounting behind a hole pattern
The AQ can be operated in 3-wire as well as 4-wire technology in such a way that it only triggers when the call has been accepted by the control unit. The AQ is also triggered when an already acknowledged command transmitter is actuated (see EN 81-70 (D) Table 4). The volume can be adjusted via a potentiometer.

Air Purifier S30 (BT)
Integrated fixture solution for UV-C air purification
The AIR PURIFIER S30 is a certified UV-C aerosol disinfection device for lifts. Once sucked in, viruses, bacteria, germs etc. have no chance to survive. The AIR PURIFIER S30, tested and certified by an accredited laboratory, can be easily installed in the fixture or wall panels. The air inlets and outlets can be flexibly positioned in the panels, in the fixture and/or on the cabin roof. The AIR PURIFIER S30 indicates the current operating status via various LED colours.

Permanent antimicrobial protection for lifts (Prime+Spray)
Effective for up to 8 months.
The special antimicrobial surface spray is applied throughout the lift and has a variety of special properties. Finally operate the keypad or hold the handrail without being in constant worry about viruses or bacteria. The unique technology of the Standard Spray allows no survival for microbial life through its "spike principle".

Plasma air disinfection
The air purifiers draw in the air through a fan. This is then led past the low-energy plasma field coils. This destroys the pathogens (pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc.) at their DNA level. First, the cell wall is deformed and weakened by an electromagnetic field. Electron bombardment destroys the cell wall. The subsequent photon irradiation completely destroys the genetic material.
The purified and germ-free air is released back into the lift via the ventilation grids. The dead pathogens are completely rendered harmless and can no longer reproduce. For this reason, ELEVATAIR air cleaners can also be declared as "medical devices".

Hygiene in the elevator
The offer of hand disinfection possibilities close to or in the elevator complements a holistic hygiene concept. Integration into the cabin offers the advantage that dispensers can be used more efficiently, as it is not necessary to have a separate dispenser on each floor. This has a positive effect on both investment and filling. Stainless steel columns with integrated dispensers offer a robust alternative. They can be placed in front of the elevator, in the stairwell and at entrances, both indoors and outdoors.

The new Aurora fixture series was announced at the Interlift. These are all-round illuminated fixtures with a depth of just 14 mm. Aurora is offered in a standardised BASIC and a varied and flexible INDIVIDUAL version.

LMK F
Loudspeaker-microphone combination
The loudspeaker-microphone combination LMK F serves as an intercom to the handset. It is installed behind the front panel of the car operating panel and is compatible with the SlimLine tableau family due to its flat design. The LMK F is flexible when it comes to mounting: if small installation depths are required or the use of welding studs is not possible, the LMK F can be glued to the front panel using mounting corners. For larger wire cross-sections, a screw terminal connector (0.1 - 1.5 mm²) can be attached.

DVM 70 V2.0
Flat type voice announcer
The DVM 70 V2.0 is a universal voice output device for announcing up to 255 floor information and 64 special information. The DVM can be configured directly on the device via micro buttons or conveniently on the PC via the DVM Config Kit. Configurations as well as announcements or background music are stored directly on a MicroSD card. Two external loudspeakers can be connected to improve playback quality. The flat housing with an installation depth of only 10 mm is ideal for use in SlimLine panels.

Media TFT flex is a modern, flexible system for the multimedia presentation of process and multimedia data on displays with a screen diagonal of 10.1 to 38". In the 2nd generation, the displays have a widescreen format with a form factor of 16:9 or 16:10. In addition, the display family has been expanded by two panorama displays with 29" and 38".

Improved protection against vandalism
The requirements of EN 81-71 Class 2 are not sufficient for many applications. SCHAEFER has developed special push-buttons for highly frequented and particularly vandalism endangered lift systems which are twice as robust as required by EN 81-71 Class 2.

An absolute highlight for every lift system: front panels made of genuine natural stone. The StoneLine fixtures consist of 4 mm genuine polished natural stone on a 6 mm aluminium honeycomb carrier, which provides the necessary stability. The material can be processed without any problems, so that almost all SCHAEFER components can be installed, even the sensor buttons RB 42 and RB 50.

Display with haptic and acoustic feedback
Haptic TOUCH is a touch screen for visually impaired people. When touching a field on the touch display, the user receives haptic feedback in the form of vibration and an additional voice announcement with corresponding information is played. Simple navigation and orientation with state-of-the-art SCHAEFER technology.

Emergency call for the hearing impaired people
The elevator emergency call for people with hearing impairment offers a new level of safety for passengers. The system complements the usual emergency call and communicates with passengers via a screen on which questions are displayed and via whose touch surface the given answers can be selected.
The communication is multilingual and can be selected using flag symbols without the control center personnel having to master the respective language themselves.

Guidance system for visually impaired persons
The SIS4VIP acoustic guidance and information system for visually impaired persons uses a self-organizing anchor network to enable seamless navigation from outdoor to indoor areas
The network automatically calculates the best possible route and selects the next relevant anchor for the acoustic line. The user only needs an iPhone app to enter the destination. During navigation, the user's hands and ears remain free.

Emergency Lights
EN 81-20 compliant solutions
From 01.09.2017 the new elevator standard EN 81-20 will be binding. Among other things, it defines the requirements for emergency lights. For example, at least 5 lux must be achieved at a height of one metre in the middle of the car. In addition to the cabin size, the installation height, the radiation angle component and the supply voltage also play a decisive role in determining whether an emergency light can meet the requirements of EN 81-20. As a rule, more luminous emergency lights must now be installed than was previously the case. For this reason, SCHAEFER has revised existing displays and illuminated fields and developed more luminous variants (with the designation "EL") for use as emergency lighting in accordance with EN 81-20.

Media TFT flex is a modern, flexible system for the multimedia presentation of process and multimedia data on displays of different sizes and designs. Due to the use of powerful multi-core processors from the mobile sector, no active cooling is necessary. Thus, very small housing dimensions can be realized.
