Lift Boy ® consists of an user app that allows elevators to be operated via smartphone. In addition, the COPs and hall stations of the elevator system must be equipped with Lift Boy ® GIM modules. It can also be retrofitted in existing systems during modernization. The Lift Boy ® system is independent of the control system which makes it universally applicable and easy to put into operation. Features and functions
The LiftBoy ® user app allows you to operate elevators with your smartphone. It can be downloaded for iOS/iPhone from the Apple App Store or for Android from Google Play and the HUAWEI App Gallery. No internet reception is required to operate the elevator with the LiftBoy ® app. The elevator and the user’s smartphone communicate with each other via Bluetooth.
Three selection modes are available in the app for manual elevator control. The “Call” mode recognizes which floor you are currently on and calls the elevator there. You can then select the destination floor. In the “Floor” mode, you can reach your destination with just one press of a button. You select the destination floor directly and the elevator is called to your floor and then travels to the previously selected floor. In the “Start floor” mode, you can select the start and destination floors manually.
In addition to manual control via the app, favourites for frequently used floors (such as between the entrance floor and the living floor) can also be stored in the app. The elevator then automatically recognizes when a user approaches the elevator and automatically calls the car to the current floor and then selects the destination floor.
